Not sure how to start this. We were told a possible side effect from the injection is possible heart issues. so here is my story.
I got me 2 injections of the Maderna from the VA. Let me back up a little I had no heart issues except I had a run away thyroid in 2015 that caused a fib. I don't have diabetes. high chlosterol of anything. 6 months after taking covid shot I had 6 a fib episodes that required a stay in the hospital within a short period of time. Now I am diagnosed with heart failure. Mow crappy I use a walker from having cellebelar ataxia. The VA will not help with even though it was caused from agent orange. The ataxia already paralised one side of my diaphragm.
I am still in decent physical shape and the nurses say it was because I was in great condiation before all this.
Not even sure why I am writing this. I don't want people to pity me.
I am going to beat this I am not going to lay down and wait for death, death has got a fight on his hands.
My plan
1 suppliments I already go CoQ10, magnesium, a couple amino acida
2 exercise my heart I can't use lower body so this is going to be hard. Any advice would be good
3 diet insurance has sent me 21 meals a week and they are so good I gain about 5# a week so advice on that
4 still train the rest on my body

wow man, that sucks really bad. do some research on injectable l-carnitine(sp). it has heart health and protective actions and is used in hospital settings for some people. idk if your doc will allow it but a supplement called carditone(amazon) helps regenerate the heart and lower bp. if you get on dante trudel's instagram page and go back a long way and find his write up on it, he has a case of a guy in heart failure that was at something like 20% output. he took the carditone for a couple of months and got up to 60% and blew his doctors away. def two things i am aware of that you should look into

shit man, that is a tough one. i dont have any experience with trying it myself but i see a lot of the older guys at the base gyms doing work on the handbike. their are a couple that have mobility issues like you do and they give that thing hell. i use it for my upper body warmups and it is no joke for sure, idk that i could get my heart rate up with it but i am also in really good cardio shape. worth a try i would think. you could probably do seated battle ropes if you dont have access to a hand bike.

Brother, that is terrible, I wish you the best from the bottom of my heart. Do not over do it. Go slow and take care of yourself. Health is more important than mass.

I will exercise my heart thank god there is no damage to the heart muscle or the arteries and veins. I am pretty sure this is reversible. I refuse to let this beat me.
On the covid shot I posted this on FB. 3 people has reached pout to me saying they had no symptoms of heart problem until the injection. More has said no symptoms. Even my primary care manager she says it odd I got heart problems. HMMMM

they are freaking lying to us man. it's all bs. so an experimental shot that you are somewhat forced to take and they pass a law that you cant sue or hold the company accountable if it jacks you up. florida's surgeon general just put up a ton of info on adverse reactions and such today
