The rotator cuff injury I got back in December is still keeping me from training upper body at all. It even hurts to run . Deep throbbing pain. I saw this device and it makes a lot of sense. My supraspinatous tendon has a tear in it and it hurts like a som*****. I like the idea of a night traction device like this. Kind of expensive, $150. But at this point, Im willing to give it a shot for a month and see what happens. Shoulder pain relief and treatment. Guaranteed. – Rotatoreliever
i am beat all to hell myself so i go see a therapist to get worked on every 2-3 weeks. she keeps my pain in reason and allows me to train at the best level i can with everything that fucked up and my age. look into a therapy place around you that offers iastm, graston art and other sports specific recovery treatments. getting in for that ccnsistently is going to be your best option if you are trying to avoid surgery and the doc. my lady has kept a couple of my friends from actually having surgery done. so i know it works
