My brother turned into a religious fanatic in order to keep his wife and was ramming it down everybodies throat and riding my ass to go to church. He was teaching Sunday school and telling me I was going to go to hell unless I did like him. The day after my mom went into the hospital , he left the country to go on a carribean cruise with his family. He would only visit my mom a few times a year while I was going to see her every day. The day after my mom died he was at her house with his pickup truck loading shit up.

That's just terrible! I do not understand such people and I will never understand. I get the impression that, against the background of religious beliefs, people absolutely lose their common sense. I don't know an adequate definition for such situations. What should a person have in his head at all?

Material things bring out the bad in some people!
Remember that you can’t take it with you, so why go thru all the trouble of taking things that don’t belong to you, for a moment of gratification? A few dollars? In the end it will bring you no happiness.
Sad how people can be.
I already told my parents , that if they were to pass that I do not want anything. I have a brother and sister that can have what they leave. I don’t want the headaches, I already have enough.
If they want to leave my son something, I’ll make sure to have it so it helps his future, as for me I want nothing. Easy !!

You are speaking correctly. You should not waste your energy for the sake of some imaginary benefit. My cousin has an older sister, they have a difference of 8 years. So, for how long they have been living separately from their parents, the brother has his own small business, but the sister still cannot calm down. She also reproaches her brother for marrying that girl whom she (sister) doesn't like. Although I do not understand what it has to do with it? Then the sister reproaches the parents that they supposedly help her brother more, although, in fact, the maximum that the parents do is to take their grandchildren to baby-sit for a day or two.
