-What are you going to do for landlords? You gave renters free rent with no consequence. I have lost over 3000$ so far with 1 rental house and possible it will be more before this is over.
I needed this income and your decision was entirely 1 sided. Some renters even able to pay rent took advantage if this to put money into there own pocket.
At the very least you should forgo property taxes and maybe compensation to landlords.

Its going to happen. The media & politicians are doing everything they can to make people hate each other and create more racism. It's working. Hate is at an all time high and people literally want to kill people for thinking wrong.

People would never believe what happened in Yugoslavia could happen in America. Where the hate between the different groups was so extreme and the division in the country was so severe that people were okay with just killing off anyone who wasnt like them. The hate reaches the point of genocide. Mass slaughter & Concentration camps. Etc etc. They say it could never happen here until it does. Its a ticking time bomb waiting to explode & all out war breaks out and there will be no law enforcement or military around to even slow it down.
