If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Hey people, name's Adam, been lifting hard for a few years now and have been makin big strides after an extended layoff. Currently 6'4", 288lbs and about 14% bf. 20 yrs old as well. I've been around a few other forums and heard about this one, came over here to take a look. Great job with it, good place for info, and I hope I can offer some good contributions in the future (or at least pick you smart peoples' brains ).

The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept.
