if you sit back in between sets or if you are waiting on a piece of equipment, it will both entertain you and blow your mind at the same time. the funniest ones are the dudes that are married and train with their wives sometimes. when they are solo they spend the entire time chatting it up with all the ladies. when the wife is with them it's head down and all work. i will actually jump in the middle of these fools and ask them to move along if i am waiting on what they are taking space up on. so it irritates me at the same time as it is entertainment.
