i tried the flushing version of niacin at 500 3x a day and it barely budged my lipids. after the first bottle of nialor and you are supposed to take both before bloods. it dropped my total cholesterol from 209 down to 153 and my ldl from 133 down to under 100. after completing my second bottle it was even better. i have since switched up to maint dose and they are still close to range with me being on a pretty hefty run again. when they came back close to being in range from this run i cranked it back up. i can say this and i am a firm believer, that this stuff is legit and works like they claim. i tried all the other tricks to get back into range quick and it was the only supp that didnt take forever.

I am trying is that a specific brand?
I get flushing from MT2 so it can't be worse than that I imagine..

haha man, if you dont follow the directions it will tear you up big time. i thought eh i been taking flushing niacin at the same dose for about 6 months so i should be good. wrong freaking answer. i felt it start on the back of my ears while i was on here checking posts. then my feet and it slowly creeped up my legs. i would say that within 20 mins of taking it i was 100% red and burning on fire from head to toe. i took off all of my clothes and stood over the ac vent for about 20 mins after that. from that dose on i followed the directions and always take it with my meals. if you flush easy it is brutal haha. it kicks the crap out of your lipids though the pumps and vascularity from it are spot on as well

follow the directions brother trust me. read my post above lmao man. i did the before and after blood work and got my discount.
