i drink them while dieting down to sub single digit body fat with no issues whatsoever. it actually helps me sweet tooth and the carbonation makes me feel full. i only have maybe 2 a week but i dont buy off on any of the bull shit they put out on this stuff. i am pretty sure i made the point before about them studying fat and people that arent active at all for these things. if i get 3 big macs a case of fries and a large diet coke, chances are my health markers and stuff in my body are going be fucked up regardless. let's see some stuff with healthy people that are active then i will accept it. then again i will still probably have a couple here and there anyway hahaOriginally posted by Uncle Ric View PostTGBSupplements REP

I drink diet coke yep!! No problems on a single digit either.
Drink crystal lite and diet coke been doing since 1998...
I am also on hgh 3.3iu hgh after dropping from 5iu and Novothyral..
My lipids all good and glucuse was 93, my A1C was 5.6. Stayed on 3.3iu hgh but learned to not dose hgh till after lab draw for that day...
Besides diet coke i drink sweet tea and a ton of sweets always have. What gets me fatter is less activity level...
