So I'm at my daughters practice and I see this ancient old calve machine this was the very first one I ever used 33yrs ago I got so excited lol and I just had to use it. I had all these parents from softball looking around like I'm crazy.

I hear ya on that brotha. It's hard to find a good calf machine. One of the gyms I go to has a old school standing calf machine. Love that damn thing.Train Till Your Eyes Bleed!

Is that the one you sit at and the plates are loaded above the calves and you have 2 pads that rest on the knees and a locking mechanism so when your calves are ruined you push the bar and slip your aching legs out.

Leg day is supposed to be an upper body break but loading the big mac plate sandwich takes some effort traveling around finding plates. feels fvckin great lifting it tho.Comment
