Hitting someone in the face over and over is so much more satisfying than a gun. You will never find me in the pages for anything gun related. I got 2 armed cannons on my left and right ready to fire LMAOOOOO. Win or Lose id rather fight you with my fists. I dont know why life went and got so messed up. Guns and drugs have done fucked the world up.

Guns and druqs have not done anything my friend. They cannot as they are inanimate. The culture where druqs are abused, and guns and violence is accepted and even praise is the problem. I think many of us do roids. they are illegal last i checked, and again most of us are regular productive members of society, family men and women and all together good people. I have guns, they have never hurt anyone.

Takes a person to pull a gun or abuse a druq. We have a people/culture prob my friend. But I agree with your sentiment, like at the end of "Friday".

A drunk driver cannot kill a family if he has no booze. Remember what happened during prohibition? The black market flourished and grew hurting/killing WAY more people.

Illegal is illegal. Hell lets ban steroids because some guy roid raged out and beat his wife to death. Oh wait.

Nothing but respect for you my brother. But My right to protect me and my family is a GOD given right. Oh I can throw hands too. Been doing that in the ammy ranks for 14 years but bad guys don't follow laws like I do.

And lastly, again I say. the prob is not the gun but the fucked up 13 year old who is so messed up that he wants to hurt his peers. That is the root.

I understand your sentiment. You may be the baddest dude in the world for all I know. But if a skinny one armed bad guy has an illegal gun? Does not matter how tough you are. I would rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Again, nothing but respect my friend. We can disagree and all is good.

Afraid? No sir. But if I take a trip I take a plug kit and a portable compressor. I wear a life jacket when I am out on my kayak, I wear my seat belt in my car and a helmet and full gear when I ride my bikes. I look at guns the same way.

1. My fam and I love to shoot, it is a fun family activity.
2. Like I said, if something bad happens I want to be able to protect myself and my fam. I cannot fight 3 guys with baseball bats or a bad guy with a gun bare handed. I have been in fist fights but never had to pull a pistol.

No fear my friend. I mean I am physically able to defend myself with my body and then if stuff escalates I have a pistol to back me up if fists and shins won't work. Hell call me crazy but I keep 20 gallons of water and a month of food squirreled away in that infinitesimal chance SHTF.

Again, we may not see eye to eye and that is OK. Just as it is my God given right to bear arms it is your not to.

better to have something and not need it. that and by the time the boys in blue show up to save your ass, 9 out of 10 times it will be to late. come down to one of our hurricane parties when their is an evac of an area without protection and see how long you and your property last lol

I understand people's anti gun sentiment. They equate the gun as bad. Hell wanna save lives? ban alcohol, tobacco, and lower all speed limits to 20 mph. Want to save lives? People are murdered by guns every year. Figure 80% of gun murders are gang related, that leaves about 2,000 gun murders +-. (According to the CDC) How many times are guns used defensively? (Including not having to fire them) 64,615 *

So there are 32X more times a gun is used to save a life than a normal person is killed. I leave out gang members as it is an occupational hazard of being a gang member.

the #3 killer in the USA (Behind heart disease and cancer) is DOCTORS! 400,000 people a year are killed due to medical mistakes! *
So how many people are saved by doctors? We as a society say "oh this is terrible, something must be done" but we do not want to ban doctors. In fact, you never see anything about this slaughter on the news.

It is all perspective, gun violence sells commercial time. People do not want to hear that their chance of dying during a nose job is exponentially higher than getting shot.

I will do whatever it takes to protect my family, myself and my property. I cannot do that with just my fists. Bad guys have guns.
