I cant even believe this. I met him once at a strength coaches seminar in Cleveland that he was teaching. During lunch, there was an empty seat next to Charles, so I went and sat next to him during lunch. Then I saw him several times when he was living an hour up the road near the Olympic training center. He was a great guy and funny as hell. One of those people you figure will live to be 100. I wish there were more details about his death. They just said heart attack

I did not know who he was but after reading the bio I feel I at least know of him. RIP.

that dude was one of the biggest anti aas dudes on the planet from what i remember. so for once they wont be able to point the finger at that one
