I have to many RBC. I blamed it on AAS. Well not so. I had a sleep study done and I have apnea. I got a Cpap and use it. No more increase RBC

For your lady it will reduce your snoring, probably not eliminate, but a significant difference. And she wont have to kick you so hard to get you breathing again in your sleep. One last note, this is going to be a big adjustment for your lady as well. It's her sleep too. There will be negatives and positives for both of you. You are in it together.
