i drink coffee in the morning and i take prewo's and stuff. energy drinks dont have that much of a kick for me so its kind of like stand in front of the cooler at the store and pick whatever i feel like at the time. the oddest one i tried was called cocaine. for the record it was far from being cocaine.

I no longer use pre-workouts unless someone gives me a scoup. If i buy they clump from not using but I used to use alot.

But for me sugar free original red bull!!!
These are best.
But when my gut gets messed up gotta be careful!!

Honestly and I know this is bad but I'll keep it real. Adderall. I take one before every workout. I've been on them for years though if you're going to try that start at a low dose.

Been on 40mg Dr script Addy' s years year and decades!!

What adderall.... lmao!! Not if taking properly and for real reasons!!!! They give them to stroke victims to improve cognitive function!!!
If we compare a Theraputic dose of adderall and a typical line of meth.... we talking like 500-1000mg addys...
The drug Disoxyn is Pharma Meth...its 2mg per dose!! Available in US!!

I don't think they are bad. They help me tremendously. Without them I would never be as productive as I am. But I usually take less than I'm prescribed a day I usually take 1 30 MG in morning then another around 1 if it's going to be a long day ill take a third if not I'll skip the third.

I started off with Red Bulls for years then I switched to Monsters now I really like RockStars 240mg of caffeine in them, what do you take

Fiancé had a stroke that was 100% caused by energy drinks like redbull, monter ect. She had another seizure, her second, yesterday. She had the stroke in April . She was an NPC Bikini competitor, in great shape, 41 years old ,looked 30. Her left hand is still totally paralyzed and she can move her left arm but not well. She's tired constantly, she was in the medical feild doing very well. Now she is on disability and I am paying everything, basically. I feel horrible for her and extremely worried but there is nothing I can do. Just be aware. Since this happened Ive read a whole lot and this is quite common( both heart attacks and strokes, from these drinks). The manufacturers are being sued left and right.

Damn brother. I’m sorry. I see these kids nowadays that drink those things like there’s no tomorrow. I’ve tried a couple. I like the taste, but they’re not worth it
