    what is the cure for insulin sensitivity?
    After I eat I feel very fatigued even if I have just a few carbs in the meal

        organic apple cider vinegar and cinnamon or the first two that pop into my head. what you really want to do in all reality is eliminate all the sugar in your diet and only take in super low gi carbs for a while. that will crank your insulin sensitivity. if you can get a hold of it and dont have any kidney issues metformin is a great addition as well

            I don't take any thing with sugar in it. Seems like starches does this as well.

              ALA helps increase insulin sensitivity. Which means your body can pump out less and you do not get as tired. I found on the keto diet once past the keto flu stage I ceased getting tired after a meal because my body was not producing all the insulin in the absence of carbs.

                if you are not taking in any sugars at all and you arent eating a bunch of high gi carbs and your insulin sensitivity is still jacked then you may be pre diabetic or actually have diabetes. i also forgot about ala and nac like jipped suggested. as well as going keto for a while. my dad was having issues and the doc made him go keto for about 4 months and it corrected his issues without medications
