    Cryo therapy for fat loss

    I had an opportunity to try a version of cryo where you lay down and they rub a really cold wand on your abs. Supposed to shrink fat.

    Anyone try it and any comment?

    I question it as a real thing

    Nope never done that. Ive sat in a cryo chamber for a few minutes for helping my joints. Had a chance to try it out for free not bad.But not for weight loss

        actual cryo therapy is supposed to work and be effective to a small degree. on paper it is supposed to help activate brown fat which burns more cals etc... so in theory it is supposed to be effective. how much i am not sure but i bet if you are super lean it could help push you down a little lower. that's just my guess though

              Agree with guns, probably to a very small degree for brown fat but yellow fat is the prob we really need help with.
