I cant remember the last time I had it. However my 5 year old was home all last week. Not from the flu from a cold thank god. He didn't go to pre K so its his 1st year in Kindergarten so catching everything. Sucks.Comment

There are so many people I know getting it this past month. Thankfully it hasn't hit our house. I saw on the news that there are multiple strains overlapping each other this year. son and i vaccinated hopefully thats helped protect us from flu but nothing 100%. working hard in the outdoors followed by lifting hard at the gym makes me vulnerable and we all know how little kids are in school and play passing around germs. hand sanitizer, wash my raws like fruits veggies etc and like yoh said, wash hands and hope for the best.Comment
