Going to do my biometric measurements for health insurance tomorrow.

Had body composition done today and am at 19% body fat but know I will get tagged obese because my bmi is above 30 and be paying extra [emoji34]

Anybody find a way around this?

nope that's the scale they use to screw you. you could try to get your doc to write something up for you but i doubt it will work.

        Re: BMI

the scale does not take into consideration people like us they use the average for muscle vs fat. it is pretty accurate for average folk. But anyway unless they change the stats, you weigh what you weigh you are as tall as you are and your age ect............factors you cannot change
