i am having a free for all day of eating until i cant eat anymore and then i am going to eat some more. i will be training early on in the day and doing some cardio too. i will be starting the day off with bacon sausage biscuits gravy and eggs though. now that's a hell of a pre workout meal

Go to 24 hour fitness since everyone else is closed.
Then to my brothers house to play football and eat. But Im precontest so my diet will stay pretty dang clean this year.

First Thanksgiving together with my son. Lots of driving around visiting family so they can spoil the boy lol.

We went down to visit my aunt in North Carolina and we treated them to a home made Italian feast on Wednesday and then we had a traditional thanksgiving on Thursday.

Finished the total re-do of the outside of my house. IT IS DONE! I worked on it every weekend and every day after work (even in the dark) It has been a *****! I saved $4,000 to have someone replace all the bad soffit, fascia, trim and siding, prep and paint. As I was working I kept thinking I should have paid to have it done. But now that it is done I still have $$$ in my savings! I spent about $750 in materials and paint. So a net savings of $3,250!

Now I have to finish the inside, note to my friends. NEVER! Try to remodel the inside and outside of your home at once. going on 4 months of hell. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Doing MOST of it myself (I paid to have the kitchen walls tiled and the showers and raise the ceilings but I did the rest) and saved outside and inside probably $9K all together.

This is something to be thankful for.
