Gotcha, so should I do them for warm-up on Ham days?

i say ham and quad days both. you are going to get activation when doing most quad movements except for say leg extensions. so why not prime them puppies to fire and work properly?

do you foam or rumble roll? Tights hips, and especially that damn IT band, can play hell on the knees.

OK, that means I get 4 days a week. This wasn't too hard so I'll need to know how to turn up the heat in a couple weeks or if it will be just a regular warm-up for me.

the first two movements will be a part of your prep training from now on, if that's what you need. once you are good with those, which you can increase the reps and iso holds as well. then you can add in 1 movement at a time with weighted bridges off a bench w/iso, bent leg reverse hacks with and without resistance, and glute ham raises. their are a few more additions but you progress one extra movement for a while as you go then add another in, etc........
