when I would do my Bench press I would wear the sling shot because of my injuries and would always be 3-4 inches short of touching my chest while pressing due to the pain. Well I took 2 days off for my daughters softball tournament and did chest yesterday and finally came down paused touched the chest and back up with the sling shot ofcourse. I never go past 465 now if I do I hurt even worse. It felt good finally achieving that touch and I hold my hands very close on the bar I do a close grip

i use the hell out of that one myself man. i dont use the center i use the long end so it is a little closer. thing is excellent at keeping tension on the peck and not letting it shift to the shoulders. so it both keeps the shoulder healthy while allowing you to work the target muscleOriginally posted by FUZO View PostTGBSupplements REP
