Doing a cutting cycle right now and wondering how much cardio do you all do?
I seem to respond better to longer durations but about 4 days a week. Like an hour of cardio per session
I'm about 5'9 and 210lbs. As a rough guess I am 12% body fat currently.
In my prime I did a ton of cardio hour plus a day to keep calories off and to stay lean with a good eating plan
