Curiosity is killing me guys did you get a chance to check out the site and so on. I've learned a lot of what I would actually call basic stuff that I have never heard others speak of. Example hand placement on a dumbbell never knew how much of an affect it really has on the muscle your training.

Seth Feroce has become one of my favorite BodyBuilders by far !!!
He's is def one of 212's powerhouses !!! Smart dude , jacked dude !!!
I really do like Flex Lewis and I believe he can't be touched by any1 , but this 2017 when Feroce gets in on the 212 division , Lewis better watch out !!!

I've got so much respect for this guy. Years ago Seth walked away from his bb career cause it was the right thing to do. We all say family first Seth proved it. Now these years later after starting and creating a successful landscaping buisness he is back on his terms.
