    It will flat out bring the pain for sure. My last run at it was with 275 and about that 14th set I was questioning my sanity. I barely made it home without locking up and when I stepped out of my truck it hit me. Both quads locked down on me and I hobble horsed it into the house. Better bring a change of clothes to the gym also cause you are going to be sweating like a mule.

        i used to push up to 300 and last year i got up to 306. since i broke 35 i suppose my body told me to screw myself because my bp got stupid high and out of hand. so i had to pull back to 285 or less to stay in range. i compete in the mid upper 230s to lower end of 240s at 5 10 so i dont quite think i am in monster status just yet. i am working on it though.

        oh hell yeah man. those are the sessions that i love. i am def going to be giving this a go for sure. what i have been doing to polish off my legs lately and to help with some recovery is heavy prowler work after my leg session. i will put 170-300 on the sled and push and drag that puppy for 40 yards. i am loving the results and how much better i recover from this addition. i dont think it will be necessary after the squat challenge though haha.
        be pretty cool if we could all get together in a central location for one of these squat challenge sessions. that would be sweet. it's always hard to find people that can push to failure and then keep on going

              So I am paying the price I did the 20 sets of 20 on squats. I only went with 200lbs. But it kicked my ass I came home had my shake with oats and then died my wife said she came to get me up to get ready for church and I just growled at her and rolled over didn't get up till almost 1pm. When I gotb up I started eating and I am still eating.
