so everyone that has half a brain knows that we make our progress outside of the gym. so how much rest do you put into your training program? what do you do to improve your recovery? and how much sleep have you found that works best to keep you operating at optimal levels?

Man, I have just been trying to go to bed as early as I can.
I am incapable of sleeping in on days off. I also try to catch some afternoon naps if it's a day off and I get up early.
If I know I really need the sleep at 5pm I'll drug myself with some benadryl and it's lights out!..lol
