compliment in gym

I was doing my strength training today. This guy one of the thickest in the gym, his muscles has muscles, was watching me train I was doing my movement slow and deliberate and getting a stretch at the bottom and a extra push at the top.
He said good form. That made my day and gave extra incentive to do more.
I know I am not a pro BBer or even close, I just like doing it and sculpting by body a bit to defy the aging process. But damn what a compliment

anyway a complement is always nice to get. especially from a peer at the gym. probably not for gals. if a guy walks up and says "nice form" licking his lips and not looking her in the eyes he may have other motives.

Very cool man. I think the guys that really lift and put some effort into it enjoy seeing and being around others who know what hard work is. What that complement tells me is your doing some good damn work. Keep crushing man.

One guy at my gym who is somewhat of a friend always comments on my shoulders. He likes throwing compliments out there so i do the same for him. Its nice to hear it from others because we dont notice the gains we make because we see ourselves in the mirror everyday.

this kinda goes to my feeling's that we need to support each other in the gym, help the newbs, grow the sport.. i am old enough i can compliment the girls and not look to suspicious lol

I do it for myself and the challenge but knowing how I felt to get a compliment I will pay it forward. Someone pumping iron and living healthy is great
