      i use this stuff on myself also. knees elbows wrists biceps and shoulders. it does work very very well also

        Thanks, I was still on the fence about it until I read that. Now I just have to have the wife check my account to see how much personal spending money I have.

            no i sure dont but it was from the same guy as above. it is pretty simple though you just have to remember that every single area you start under and work towards the heart. what i do is start where the dlet and bicep meet and then wrap it all the way to the top as tight as i can stand. then i do rotator cuff movements as well as lat rear and front type raises and arm circles for about 2-3 minutes on each side. presto and done
