Yeah..back at the gym

Just been 3 days and the mental rush was BAM! Right away. Cant do much but just walking in there and seeing all the lil old people and listening to their conversations...SMILES!!!! Feels good


I think I will start a daily blog of what I hear and see at the gym? This one stood out the other day. I am in the locker room getting ready to leave. I hear a lady saying how great the class was and that this and that hurt. I look up and she walks by me. She was very overweight but still proceeded to talk about the great workout she had. I smiled inside and said " GOOD for you".

I don't really talk to anyone there (which I don't mind" but a lil ole lady remembered me and di come up to me. I had never even talked to her previously there before.

lol water aerobics would be great and no thanks on the hairdresser. I spent almost 30 years behind the chair listening...ugh
