    Just a discussion starter.

    I predominately train for powerlifting and tend to lean towards/favor Heavy compounds with minimal Isolation. I feel that it has the most bang per buck for my goals. Lets here what you like. Maybe this can help newer members understand training philosophies better. MaX

    I do both. the main 3 lifts will always stay in my routines.

      Squats and deadlifts have always been the foundation of my entire program. When I competed in bodybuilding contests, I used to train heavy deadlifts right up to the week of the show. Def helped me keep my muscle while dieting down
