I picked one up today for cheap. It is the old fan type where the arms move too.
I am thinking of doing at least 300 minutes per week at a moderate pace. Since my retirement I have been sedentary except for going to the gym. Perhaps this will help.
300 minutes will burn about 3900 k/cal which is a little over a # of fat.
