How do you like your gyms' temp to train; hot or cold? I find that training in extremes really helps the body to adjust to extremes. I live in the midwest (hot summers/ brutal winters) and currently, getting used to a cold gym. The guy's to cheap to turn up the heat. However, I am finding that not only dressing for it helps but so does the acclimation of colder temps outside. They probably keep the gym at 55 degrees. What do you guys do/think?

Re: HOT OR COLD?
LOL I work out at home in my basement. I keep the house at 65° so you know my basement has been "cool" the last few days. If I put on a tee and a sweat shirt over and sweat pants am just fine. Of course do a good WU first. I like doing 10 min on a stationary bike at HR 130ish.
