I wish I had access to one I would use it.I'm not about to go buy ice and throw it in my bath tub I would rather go somewhere and do it. My body needs it now I just have to find a place and freeze my balls off for 10- 15 minutes a day

find a physical thearpist and make them your buddy. that or find a sports med clinci and see how much they would charge you to do it a couple times a week. you could always find a high school football or soccer coach and see if they would allow you to use their facility as well. i have access to mine here and back home if i want to use it but i never do.Originally posted by FUZO View PostTGBSupplements REP

I was listening to a tony robbins interview and he has some cold machine he puts himself in every day that is like -20 degrees or something like that. I think he gave the name of it. I bet you could find a place that has those thingsComment

Be careful. You may have a sudden drop in your body temperature called hypothermia. It can be damaging to brain and body.Comment
