I think that is overated, But subligual and use daily it works just as good. My Mom just got a b12 shot from her doc last week and has been ill since. this has happened to her before to.
You do not want to use any kind of b12 supplement or injection that is b12 cyanocobalamin, it contains cyanide and it is mostly what is sold. get the b12 Methylcobalamin.
