Hey Guys, I am needing as much help as possible with this one. The only gym I have in the area is planet fitness, they have an abundance of machines (including smith machines) dumbelss (only up to 75s) and more cardio equipment than anyone would ever need in a gym. Help me out with some workout tips to build some ridiculous muscle using this old fart gym.
I go there and do cardio and arms sometimes. I'm afraid you are kinda at a disadvantage, especially with your legs there. You could get by on the other stuff, but legs and back will be tough.
I figured for legs ive got leg press there, and a smith machine for squats and plenty of leg curl/extension machines. plus my legs usually grow pretty easy ive always had massive quads
I guess if its the only option then thats the best you can do. The leg press don't hold much weight tho, I loaded it out and did it till I just got bored basically.
I hate planet fitness. I will never step foot in another one. I do nor know what I would do if that is the only gym around. Oh and he quiet there. No grunting or yelling. You will be ask to leave lol.
You will have some eye candy for sure on the bright side. If they had a power rack I couldnt be squating or doing deads, I'd kill my self looking around lol.
