      Re: Gym etiquette

ok gym etiquette post for the day. dont be offended if it applies to you:

if you are fat dont wear a skin tight tank top and boy shorts please. your belly button looks like a doughnut and their is absolutely nothing attractive about doing this at all. this even applies if you have big boobs because your huge gut stretching your skin tight tank top is far more distracting.
if you have an enormous fat tire around your waist regardless of how small your legs are, dont wear short short tights. this is also not attractive or appropriate at all. nor is you digging it out of your momkey in the middle of the gym floor. if your monkey is eating your shorts and through them then they are far far to tight to be wearing in public. and the last one for today, if you pants or shorts are so tight that i can see what you look like naked then they are also far to tight.
ladies, i admire you and your huge boost of self esteem but please take a hard look in the mirror prior to going in public and especially the gym. just because your man, husband or girlfriend says you are rocking it, that isnt always true and the mirror never lies

        Re: Gym etiquette

I just don't think people have the respect for others and the Gym. When I was 16 I worked out at George Eiferman Gym here in Las Vegas and it was full of all the biggest guys in town. They were security guards Cops and body guards back in the day when you did not screw with people because we all had guns. Now George was the nicest guy but if you disrespected his Gym or anyone in it, everybody came down on you like a load of bricks. Today gyms are different, it is the masses that pay the bills. You know the guy that sit on a piece of equipment talking on his phone. If I dropped a weight or put a 45 over the top of a smaller weight some big asshole would slap me in the back of the head and ask me what I was doing. They were hard and strict on me but taught me proper gym etiquette and were my best friends when I went out at night.

rake i cut my teeth in military facilities where they would toss you out for not following the rules without a warning. then i hit an old school power house gym as well. same atmosphere there, all business and no bs. those days are far from long gone. well not so much on military posts, they still have very strict rules and standards that are enforced to the t. my main gym now is all about the money and that's the bottom line with pretty much anything goes as long as you are paying your dues

            Re: Gym etiquette

Two 16 year olds hugging and kissing on the incline bench..... I'm gonna lose my mind. Then a fat retarded looking dude was dropping his 60 pound weights on the floor after doing dumbbell bench then getting up acting like he was a badass. This is shit I can't stand.

How about those dudes that wear slim shorts with the intention of trying to show off their incredibly not large thighs hahaha!!! Always a few clowns in the gym.

Don't block the mirrors. I don't want to check myself out, I don't want to blow out a shoulder! Lol I usually end up having to say this
