  • Front squat issues

Front squat is almost as high as my back squat. Okay is not, but I haven't done a front squat in months. Slammed out a 365 for a single after doing some 405 squats for reps.

Anyone else add these as accessory movements.

My little brother is a huge lover of the front squat. His background is football and not crossfit so he's used to these type of movements. For me it always felt awkward. Course now with my cadaver ACL I'm not doing crap in the squat department for a long while.

DANG. I am an organ donor. Had no idea my ACL's were gonna go to people too.

Yes front squats are a big part of my routine. But it feels like my skin is tearing below my neck and between my shoulder blades. So the heavier I go the worse it hurts. So I do zerker squats to go real heavy.
Squats make the world go round.

I love front squats and have used and posted many routines that incorporate them.Definitely a great leg blaster that should be used by everyone IMO.
