Hoping we can get some good discussion on many of the internet myths out there regarding diet, nutrition, exercise, etc.
Hoping real answers can come about and we can dismiss broscience.
Questions like:
Will 6 small meals a day be more beneficial than 3 large meals(or similar)?
Does working out in the AM speed IP your metabolism?
Can a person alter their metabolism?
Will going ass to grass in squats ruin my knees?
Does excessive fat make me fat?
If I don't have a post workout shake will my workout be ruined?
Basically all the shit muscle mags want us to believe. Might be good for newcomers to check out.
