    Hoping we can get some good discussion on many of the internet myths out there regarding diet, nutrition, exercise, etc.

    Hoping real answers can come about and we can dismiss broscience.

    Questions like:
    Will 6 small meals a day be more beneficial than 3 large meals(or similar)?

    Does working out in the AM speed IP your metabolism?

    Can a person alter their metabolism?

    Will going ass to grass in squats ruin my knees?

    Does excessive fat make me fat?

    If I don't have a post workout shake will my workout be ruined?

    Basically all the shit muscle mags want us to believe. Might be good for newcomers to check out.

    Keep the list going maybe we can make a sub forum called mythbusters for qualitative discussions.

    Can you tap into your maximal muscle potential with steroids but keep them all after?

            I know that 6 well balanced meals consisting of 6 to 8oz of solid protein along with 1 cup of veggies and good carbs in the morning and around training ,you will grow like a weed. atleast it worked great for me.

            I would rather a post meal ,meal and a pre workout shake with scoop of p/b and banana . but better some protein than none don't see it ruining anything.

                Ive always tried to eat small meals through out the day do I would go with 6 small meals to benefit someone better then 3 big ones.

                T3 can mess someone up if they dont know how to use it correctly.Ive used it several times and ive ramoed it up and down and got results and ive just stayed at 1 dose and got results.I like ramping better myself

                Going ass to the grass IMO will hurt your knees in the long run.Ive always built my legs with going down half way I didnt need to go all the way down.If I can start over lifting in my life I would do so much differently now.
