  • Serious(although possibly ignorant) question.

Is it possible to go from 6'4" tall and just under 200 lbs at around 11-13% bf, to about 225 lbs 9-11% bf in about a full year?
I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

With good diet, training and rest anything is achievable. I believe that is a very achievable goal.

Nutrition is the number 1 factor here.
A good workout program with peaks and valleys, proper cardio, sleeping habits.

That is not impossible by NO means.

Sounds like you want to gain about 30 pounds of muscle in one year, while at the same time losing some bodyfat, all the while keeping your bodyfat levels at or below 10%. This would be a tremendously difficult to accomplish imo.

Yes it is. Your going to need to eat, eat, eat, and then eat some more. It is a donting task but very possable. Set your goals so they can be reached and then set higher ones.

Styudies show that an average person who has their nutrition and training together, can gain 1 pound of lean tissue PER MONTH. This is done naturally speaking, NOT using any special supplements.

Thanks everyone for the opinions, I appreciate it. Going to put the paycheck towards poultry and other good stuff this week.
