Nutrition is the number 1 factor here.
A good workout program with peaks and valleys, proper cardio, sleeping habits.
That is not impossible by NO means.

Sounds like you want to gain about 30 pounds of muscle in one year, while at the same time losing some bodyfat, all the while keeping your bodyfat levels at or below 10%. Styudies show that an average person who has their nutrition and training together, can gain 1 pound of lean tissue PER MONTH. This is done naturally speaking, NOT using any special supplements.
