    I'd really like any and all feedback( don't be afraid to insult my intelligence) because I'm starting fresh. Despite it being the typical leaning season, I'd like to put on as much mass as humanly possible.
    What rep schemes/overall programs do you follow when you're trying to load up?
    I'd go to planet fitness, but I'd hate to set off the Lunk Alarm.

    hey man, go take a look at my log in the members log area. i have pretty much laid out everything that you can want and then some from a bodybuilders perspective
