Re: DoggCrapp Basics
look around man. it really doesnt have that big of an impact on the family unless you have to travel a long way to show. i get mine involved. we do am cardio with the wife. i take the kids and dogs for evening cardio. the kids help my wife weigh my food and cook it if i am going to be out and about traveling. they are all on my team and completely involved. but the only thing is if it takes time away from them then most people cant do it and that is something i always respect people forTGBSupplements REP

I used to get 2 cheats a week, never counted calories or macros, just ate what I wanted. If you do your 2 required cardio sessions a week, you can keep fluff at bay. I found that 2 cheats were perfect for me, one was Tuesday night and the other Saturday with dinner with the wife. And I found that on occasion that breakfast was the best cheat, pancakes, waffles, bacon, ham, eggs and cheese, cinnamon rolls. Eat what you want and get back on track. It's one meal twice weekly, not a full day of being a pig. ,

Re: DoggCrapp Basics
in the offseaon with my clients i have that are bodybuilders i will allow a good cheat after back and legs. i give them the chance to overload on calories on either of those days for the leaner guys and one of those days with the guys that have bodyfat issues. i also only allow one cheat for the ladies i work with per week and try to limit it to one of those days sched permitting. myself, i allow a cheat anytime i want it as long as i have hit my goals for the day which i usually dont want it at the end of the day lolTGBSupplements REP
