dam u guys really got some great ones. all ive done mostly is bicycles, crunches, decline to top oblique twists. just because i have a small build, i still can learn and thats wat iam here to do. thats with any muscle if u think after 8 yrs training you cant built no more muscle, thats bs you can add inches still if u do a exercise you never done before. iam a very good bodybuilder but not perfect as iam learning today alot from all you guys/ gals. thanx ,more please.

bf % has to be single digits very low to see them. I do v raises, decline crunches with 20lb plate, all kinds of obliques concentrate on form, slow movements and isolate..tighten the abs while doing them..I of course you know do a ton of cardio and i have a very low carb, no sugars, very little sodium. I am mostly on protein whole foods, green vegg, and whey isolate. Lots of water..fluids. I am now just on spirno..cant be on anything right now.

I like crunches on the swiss/stability ball. Put a 35 pound plate on your chest, then go back into lumbar extension to pre-stretch your abdominals, then tighten the abs and hold for a second at the top. Also doing hanging leg raises from pullup bar with a set of wings that you put your arms through. Those two along with cable crunches have been the main ab exercises for me.
lots of good aberdabas exercises wrote down. i like the one that its a dumbell in each hand and pull with your obliuqes lifting the db side to side but i tried it and does it work as it dont feel like you get anything out of it?

dont use any weight for obliques. those bad boys grow probably faster than any muscles in your body. the best rule for obliques unless you want a thick mid section is body weight only and train them solo only 1-2x per week
