    it would depend on their heart rate goal. but, for the masses, i'd only call it cardio for the deconditioned.

      You SOB that's funny, but very motivating. I was trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, but need to just man up. I was running pretty good previous, but it was TNE endured lol! Thank you...

          I see a lot of girls using this thing...I don't know what it is, I never used it in my life

          Cardio to me is eeither stepper, and or treadmill...the occasional spin bike, but not OCCASIONAL.

              I wish! Ha ha! I used it the other day for like 5 minutes before I started legs. Was just curious to see what others thought because out of 6 or 8 of them, there was only 1 open.

                the old recumb bike. good for those that have lower back issues and is basically all they can do. i dont see why anyone couldnt use it given what level and duration you do it at

                      I use it to warmup before my leg workout..i prefer the treadmill though.

                          I used to use it all the time and worked up a good sweat on it. Use an upright one if you have hip issues though

                              Put the tension as high as it will go and do it for 20 minutes and see if its not cardio LOL
