Went to the gym this morning warmed up all my muscles. I was doing incline presses and on this set I was doing 225 on incline. I felt good so I threw a quarter on each side that made it 275.
Did the first one it felt good. I kept going and did 11 with no spotter and really no strain.
Not bad for an old guy.
I am tired of people saying I look good for someone my age. I want them to just say I look good. How good do you have to look for that?
