JUST THOUGHT I WUD THROW THIS OUT THERE.. MY NORMAL WEEKLY SCHEDULE WENT AS FOLLOWS:
MON - CHEST/TRIS
TUES - BACK/BIS
WED - WHEELS
THUR - DELTS, TRAPS
FRI - BIS/TRIS
SAT AND SUN - OFF
NOW I DECIDED TO FOCUS ON JUST ONE MUSCLE GROUP A DAY:
MON - CHEST
TUES - BACK
WED - WHEELS
THURS - SHOULDERS
FRI - TRI'S
SAT - BI'S
SUN - OFF
JUST TRYING SOMETHING NEW I GUESS. THIS IS MY FIRST WEEK DOING IT AND SO FAR I LIKE IT

It is going well. I have the days and muscle groups set apart perfectly so I can get the most out of my workouts without really working the muscles I used the day before..At least for the most part. Not sure what I'm going to switch up to next but for now its working well for me
