  • CHANGED UP MY TRAINING A LIL

    JUST THOUGHT I WUD THROW THIS OUT THERE.. MY NORMAL WEEKLY SCHEDULE WENT AS FOLLOWS:
    MON - CHEST/TRIS
    TUES - BACK/BIS
    WED - WHEELS
    THUR - DELTS, TRAPS
    FRI - BIS/TRIS
    SAT AND SUN - OFF

    NOW I DECIDED TO FOCUS ON JUST ONE MUSCLE GROUP A DAY:
    MON - CHEST
    TUES - BACK
    WED - WHEELS
    THURS - SHOULDERS
    FRI - TRI'S
    SAT - BI'S
    SUN - OFF

    JUST TRYING SOMETHING NEW I GUESS. THIS IS MY FIRST WEEK DOING IT AND SO FAR I LIKE IT

    New training routines feel good at first. It is wise to change it up every now and then.

        Thanks for asking It is going well. I have the days and muscle groups set apart perfectly so I can get the most out of my workouts without really working the muscles I used the day before..At least for the most part. Not sure what I'm going to switch up to next but for now its working well for me

        Just curious on what everyone elses routines are like? Post up!
