Try this killer workout gaurenteed to make the biggest guys cry "mercy!!!"
Situate yourself in the leg press with a medicine ball. Place the med ball inbetween your thighs so the ball is resting just above your knees. Now, start doing your leg press using a 3,1,3 tempo while squeezing the medicine ball. Imagine that your trying to use your thighs to crush the ball whle your performing the leg press. Use a weight that allows 12 reps to failure. If executed properly you'll definitely know where your adductors are the next day.Wannabebig Content Editor
