I know what they are and what causes them. I just want to know this. If I ice them and take NSAIDS to work through the pain, is that dangerous? I went to a sports medicine doc for this like 18 months ago, but ****, I can't remember what I had for breakfast yesterday. I think he said they aren't dangerous, just painful but that if you don't ease off the heavy weights, they will get worse. I can get through the pain, got a pretty high threshold, just don't want to cause serious injury. Anyone know?
