If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I tried low intensity cardio last night, incline at 15 and I had to slow down to 2.5mph to get to my target heart rate of 123 for the fat burning zone. I didn't even break a sweat! Plus it's a lot more boring when you are walking slow.
it sucks and it's hard to do because i feel like i'm not working hard enough, but hang in cuz it does work.

I try to do the cardio at a specific gym in the early am when I know there's a chance someone will be next to me to chat.
It makes the time fly.
Much better than magazines or tv
Of course when I'm at home I can listen to tune ans sing but when I have the headphones on the dogs look at me kinda funny!
