If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
the hole isnt like fused shut or anything, it just closed a little bit dunno why though. Basically i do theses exercises that keep opening it up, then i get adjusted, so after 3 weeks and probably 3 adjustments it will be back to normal
More than likely a few adjustments won't reset the muscle memory permanently. I hope so for you sake, but usually it takes several weeks of adjustments for things to hold. I hope I'm wrong bro, that's a ***** of a thing to deal with at your age. Just wait until you get my age. LOL
