So i have lumbar ridiculitus...Basically the area (lil hole) where nerves go thru on the lower part of the spine has closed too small, Im out 3 weeks...

How's it going to just heal on it's own? Usually, once you get that, you've got it forever unless you stop doing exercises that compress the spine. In other words, no squats, no deads, no shrugs, no cleans, no military presses. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you but it sounds like the same thing this kid I know has and it ruined his career. He was an all-state QB from a little private school. He had several scholorship offeres but when he had his back checked into the doc told him he could never do any of the above exercises anymore and so any chances of college were gone. Sucks too because he palyed flag football with us one year and that kid could throw the ball like a rocket. Seriously, he had Brett Favre talent and I've seen him send it just about 70 yards. The indoor football field was 80 yards long and he could almost get it all the way to the other end, and accurate. That condition ruined his chances of playing ball at the next level. Are you sure it's not more serious than they are telling you?I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

the hole isnt like fused shut or anything, it just closed a little bit dunno why though. Basically i do theses exercises that keep opening it up, then i get adjusted, so after 3 weeks and probably 3 adjustments it will be back to normalIm gonna get so big I cant dress myselfComment
